Nemo's Playground operates as a static site. We do not collect, store, or process personal data on our own servers. We do not require account creation to play games.
To enhance your experience, we use your browser's Local Storage to save your game progress (specifically: win streaks, guess distribution, and play history for "Reef Code"). This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser cache will reset your game statistics.
We do not handle financial information. All transactions in our Shop are processed securely by Stripe. When you purchase an item, you are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout. We receive only the necessary shipping information to fulfill your order.
